The song was by Barnes & Barnes. A duo consisting of Robert Haimer and Bill Mumy. Most people know Bill Mumy as Will Robinson from Lost In Space. The film was directed by and stars a young actor named Bill Paxton.

This was an embarrassingly hideous video. I remember my cousin and I watching it so often the summer it came out (it inexplicably got a ton of air play) and just being confused. We previously thought Billy Squier was pretty cool. This video destroyed any vestige of that. It's like he is having a seizure.
