Not in the least bit. There is nothing redeeming about them to me. I can't even make it through a whole song. It's that bad.
I'm not a big fan of their earlier "boy band" work, but I cannot see how someone couldn't like a single one of the songs from Abbey Road, Sgt. Pepper's, Let It Be, or Revolver.

I dont think the Beatles are good music either. I can appreciate everything they did for music in general, but im not a fan of theirs. Why is that so hard for people to understand, that there are bands that are seen as transcendent that some people dont like?

How far fetched is it to believe that someone may just not like the Beatles?? Doesn't mean either of these, its just not that great of music to me.

There are self proclaimed music snobs who have been taught that there is music you can't question, and are trying to teach others the same thing. If you don't like their music, your taste in music must suck.

To go along with this thread, instead of just responding to others..
1. Band - Pink Floyd
I think you have to be a complete stoner to truly like their music. They have 1 or 2 that I can finsih through without changing the song, but not many!
2. Song - Too many to name just 1! However, anything with pitbull in it, gets on this list!
God I hate him!!

It's ok that people have different tastes in music! If everyone had the same taste in music, then this world would fricking suck! If I could ONLY listen to the Beatles because YOU think they are the end all be all gods of music, then I would probably have to kill myself now! Everyone is different, and not everyone has to like the Beatles. They could've died off in the 60's for all I care, so I wouldn't have to go through being forced to listen to them by other people who think their songs are somehow better than any song made by any other artist.

It's not just the stereotype for me. My older brother, and all his buds love PF. I've really tried to like their music, but some of it to me just kinda sucks.. I know that they have a tremendous fanbase, but I'm just not one of them.

They wrote good melodies. That why covers of their songs are usually pretty good.
But as musicians...you are right...terrible.
