What are your most prized musical autographs? I have a signed Steely Dan set list from Fagan and Becker.

Met R.E.M. in '85 after a show at The Saenger. I think I got something signed, but not sure what it was or where it is. May be a lost t-shirt.

Love Steely Dan. I don't collect autographs although I do have a few sigs on ticket stubs from people like Mike Portnoy, John Petrucci and Devin Townsend. I have had some lengthy conversations with Devin and other artists. Off the top of my head, I've shot the shite with Portnoy and Petrucci, Tony McAlpine, Anneke Van Giersbergen, Bumblefoot, Dug Pinnick, Jerry Gaskill, Alexis Brown, Corey Glover, Vernon Reid, Adrian Belew and Dweezil Zappa. Plenty more, can't remember.

In the early 2000’s I was lucky enough to do a record with him playing drums & mandolin. Garth Hudson flew in and did some tracks as well.

Levon had recently undergone surgery on his throat, but talked & sang through the rasp in that great twang.

It was very inspiring and an unreal recording experience.

I only have a few, but this one is definitely my favorite.

Blackberry Smoke. Great band, and very friendly towards their fans.

Also have this one from Joe Walsh.

All of Metallica. Jason Newsted era. I was in the Metallica fan club for a period of time. They would send out these “fan cans” to all members, which were paint cans with Metallica goodies on the inside and Metallica artwork on the outside. This particular mailout had a handful of cans autographed. I was lucky enough to receive one of these.

I usually would get Clarence Gatemouth Brown to sign my tickets after shows depending on the venue.
