Anyone here know anything about it? My “son in law’s” band out of Baltimore is playing there Monday evening.

One day stop on a multi city tour…

It's a very cool venue and the whole area is great for music.

Mannie Fresh used to frequent there. Not my kind of place. More gutterpunk, transplant vibes there.

Because he and my eldest daughter have been living together for over 10 years and I wasn't sure how to explain.

Small place, looks like it was a house at one point. They used to serve Russian food but I don't think they do any more. Parking situation in that area is not good

Planning on taking the Rampart streetcar over from Canal and walking the rest of the way from Elysian Fields. Talked to D1, I'm probably going to be the oldest person in the venue

Cool space. Usually food trucks out there (not sure about on Monday, but probably)

That’s fine but just parking on the streets around there really isn’t too hard to do

This them?

I’m early retired Nola-native/loving live music fella. Rock 1965-1975 is my go to.

May be in Nola Monday. That area is my Dad’s stomping grounds. May just find me some Slavic life experience!

well, D1 is back in Baltimore and her partner is back on the road to Pensacola...they had over 100 people last night on a Monday night during a NOLA August.

Enjoyed the musicians but the vocals were way beyond my ability to decipher them. Asked him this morning about it and he said those types of lyrics were normal for that type of band.

When is your daughter gonna make an honest man out of that death metal band member?
