I think so. Big Chief gets you a nice parking spot and the ability to hop between Acura, Gentilly/Samsung, and Congo Square. You will always have a seat, shade, a clean air conditioned bathroom, and beer (which you have to buy). If you value that convenience, then yes, it is worth it.

Big Chief is only worth it if you are old and afraid of crowds. Parking is sold separately. Big Chief gets you access to grandstands on the main stages equipped with bathrooms.
If you want to be in front the stages for Big Name Acts, get the Grand Marshall pass. It's cheaper and you'll be able to spit on Nick Jonas.
