I’m really getting INTO my record player and jazz music is great just to put on, but I have no idea where to go?

I currently have some trombone shorty. Rebirth, Chet baker, St. Paul, and Durand jones

Thanks!

Stan Getz, Chet Baker, and Tom Jobim. Oh, and Johnny Smith, if you want to hear some great jazz guitar.

Livery Stable Blues

It was the first commercial jazz recording so you should have it for the historical significance. (Also a nice, catchy tune.)

These are the jazz cd's I listen to most often these days

Miles Davis, Kind of Blue
Joe Pass, Virtuoso
John Coltrane, Giant Steps
Thelonius Monk with John Coltrane
Bill Evans, Live At the Village Vanguard

If you like jazz with a little funk mixed in, "Scratch" by the Crusaders is a great record.
