The song at second doesn't even come close at 166 straight weeks. The Brits sure do love them some Killers

It's not even the best Killers song (When You Were Young), it's Brightside, literally the Cuck national anthem.

I remember Grantland did a reader vote March Madness tournament for the best song post-2000, and all the writers were furious that "Mr Brightside" advanced to the Final Four.

A decade?

What was weezer doing a decade ago that they aren’t doing now? They are still pretty damn relevant today.

The Brits love them some Mr. Brightside. I think it's interesting why a song by a band from Las Vegas has a song that resonates so deeply with Brtions. I can't put my finger on it.

The Killers are way bigger in Europe than they are in America.

Interestingly enough, "Shot at the Night" was one of the music backdrops for 2014 March Madness.

Hot Fuss is a friggin great album.

"The band's sound, heavily influenced by British bands like The Cure, New Order and Depeche Mode, was unpalatable to the US record industry. It wasn't until their demo found its way to the UK indie label Lizard King that they landed a record deal."

No US labels wanted to sign them so they went to the UK and found success.

I like "Somebody Told Me" better but Brightside is probably the most popular song of my generation.
