IMO it's prince and it's not really close. Jackson was a dancer and a decent singer. But when it came to playing an insturment Jackson is not in the same universe.

Never really listened to Prince. Michael Jackson had more mainstream appeal throughout his whole career. Unfortunately, his weirdness tainted his legacy.
