They are hitting up all the smaller markets they didn't hit on the summer stadium tour. If they are going to places like North Dakota & Penn St University then they should have included a NOLA date. Who knows. Looks like Little Rock is the only one I might be able to go to. I will have to decide by tomorrow morning for the pre-sale.

Typical skipping of New Orleans by a major rock act. Any theories? I believe our lack of an active rock station contributes to this.

New Orleans does have a modern rock station now, 92.3. Between the Dome, SKC, and Voodoo I really can't see how New Orleans couldn't book them. GNR drew 30,000 in the Dome, Metallica could have easily done that. SKC would be an easy sellout as well.

Maybe I'm just too old but I don't call all that stuff on 92.3 rock. Try 97.9 WCPR out of Biloxi, now that's rock. The only Metallica song you'd hear on any New Orleans station would perhaps be "Sandman"

This station is so hit or miss it's not worth listening to. You'll have one great 90's alternative song followed by 10 indie hipster jam sessions with mandolins and banjos. No thanks....

The stuff played on 92.3 is more pop, not rock.

Gonna be in Las Vegas November 26. Already discussed with my husband us going with our friends that live in Vegas to this show.

Got him tickets as a bday present when they were in AZ this past August. Won't let him miss another chance to see them.

You do know that El Paso is almost double the population of NOLA right

If you have a Citi bank credit card, the code is the first 6 digits of your account number. Presale starts at 11 central this morning
