I just got word that the Red Dragon series booked Todd Snider and Chris Knight. Also, Billy Joe Shaver, Joe Ely and Jim Lauderdale.

I'm loving this little partnership Red Dragon is doing with Manship.

I heard rumor of the Todd snider show a week or two ago. Didn't know about Chris Knight or the others.

They're doing work. Any idea when tickets go on sale for the snider show?

Just found out Joan Baez was playing at the Red Dragon. Of course, tickets are already sold out.

Nope. waiting on the email but I didn't get one for the Anders show.

Manship is doing a collaboration with Red Dragon. Since Chris, owner of RD, does such a good job booking events, he is working with Manship to bring in bigger acts. Hence the name: Red Dragon Series at Manship. It's a pretty good thing for BR.

The red dragon just got Joan Baez too. I know she's a little over the hill but that's a pretty good pick up for a place that is basically a small house for a listening room.

You have to give it to Chris. He goes out on a limb to get some pretty good acts in the singer/songwriter realm. He can get a little annoying but you have to respect his passion.

The "Rogs" never played there.

But it's creepy to know you are completely infatuated with me!

I saw Chris Knight the last time he was at the Red Dragon. I got an open container ticket trying to direct my wife from the road to park in the back . I really enjoyed Guy Clark when he came. When Guy Clark played, it was the same night James McMurtry played at Spanish Moon. Chris does get a little carried away with the RD emails, but it's his true passion.
