I believe she's a Shreveport native and now lives in NO.
Had the pleasure of catching her live this weekend. We were blown away 9/10. One of the more talented vocalists I've heard in my time. I'm sure you guys know all about her but if you have not, you've got a damn impressive singer/songwriter in your area.
I'll be following her music going forward and hope to catch more shows.

She is playing a show this Thursday in New Orleans at the Ogden. Tickets here (Free for Members).

Gotta be it. Music is mood based for most people. Certain songs or groups put people in a good mood and give good vibes. If you think someone sucks, that's cool. Maybe that music just doesn't speak to you. But to crack on someone because they like them or "rofl" because they saw them at Tips is just immature.
