I like it and I'm not all that picky about the lineup, but is it really The Black Crowes if they shut out Steve? It's just the Robinson Brothers Revue IMHO.

Ideally, they would get Jeff and Johnny, too, and do a Shake Your Money Maker nostalgia tour, but I guess there is too much bad blood.

But, Steve should be included, again, IMHO.

Steve burned though bridges, i dont think he’s essential at all. The crowes were always chris and rich. Im super curious who steps into the lead guitar role, if its jackie or maybe marc ford since him and rich are in a band now.

Marc Ford was the Mick Taylor of the Black Crowes.

Just a money grab is all this is. Don't think I'd bother going to see the show if I had the chance . I am interested in reading Gorman's new book when the price drops.

What are the running odds that there will be full-on fisticuffs on the stage?

Marcus King played with Chris during Chris's As the Crow Flies tour. He'd be a top candidate, IMO.

Hes about to release a new album in 2020, i imagine he would tour heavily behind it as well.

Would be awesome if they could get this shite going in time for a Jazz Fest appearance.

i saw them at the joy, great show but marcus king was superfluous. you could drop rich robinson and marc ford in with freed, macdougall, hess & leone and you'd have a reasonable facsimile of the crowes. gorman already said he's out.

My guess is it's probably only a brothers thing. They own the name now between the two and if they ask back Marc Ford or Colt or Gorman, they will lose a bigger piece of the pie of what it would probably take to get them. Gorman swears he will never be back in a room with the two much less tour with them.

In a perfect world it would be Chris, Rich, Marc, Johnny, and Steve with Adam(RIP Eddie).

Johnnys been out for a long, long time. I expect sven or andy hess to play bass.

From things steve have been saying, seems like chris and rich will each get a 1/3 and the final 1/3 will be split between everybody else.

Yeah but when Colt was in the lineup, that's when they were at their best(perfect world scenario).

Marc ford was the key to their peak imo.

I agree but I want that lineup with Colt over Sven. And Since Eddie isn't around, Adam will do. I will say I think Adam does bring more but according to the liner notes of SHMC, Eddie brought the rolling papers.
