Sure hope they get something decent b/c Pearl Jam isn't going to make up for a bad lineup.

Out of towners last yr talked about how it was the smallest festival they've been to..

Their facebook page kept mentioning a full lineup announcement by the end of the month every time someone asked about it. I guess their plans changed. I think they really hurt themselves every year by waiting until the last second to announce the lineup. They just assume everyone will go because its a festival and people will go for the environment. Its probably true for most people but I actually want to go to see bands I like, not just to be there because its the thing to do.

For what they are asking for tickets this year, I'm waiting until they announce a [good] lineup

Last year was pretty small.

I was shocked to be at the front gate for GA tix during Neil and going to get a beer and basically it's like a minor act the amount of people.

I'd imagine not a lot of money was made last yr.

I backed out last year due to the lineup after going for 5 years in a row. The lineup has been steadily declining over the past few years. They really shot themselves in the foot last year with the lineup.

It'll be my first Voodoo trip and most all of our group actually. If the lineup is good, I won't complain about small crowds. Easier to get around and lines are shorter. I just hope a poorly timed and located late season hurricane doesn't ruin that weekend.

I too was very surprised at the small crowd at Neil. It was nice not having to fight through the crowd to get a beer though

Voodoo is really annoying with this crap. I thought the new management might change things but it didn't.

Enough to know that although the chance is small, hurricanes can, and have, made November landfall. I've rode out my share of hurricanes and tropical storms back home.

Hangout did the same thing with their 3rd headliner and it was really annoying.

Pretty Lights announced a US Tour today and November 3 (Sunday of Voodoo) is listed as a surprise show.

Jambase.com has Talib Kweli listed for Friday and I believe Pollstar has Delta Rae & A Silent Film added for Saturday.

I thought they would have learned their lesson after that sporadic 1 artist every 1-7 days debacle a couple of years ago. I guess not.

Talib Kweli

I think he and Big K.R.I.T. are touring with Mackelmore, so I would expect K.R.I.T. to be there as well. Then again he could always take NOLA off...
