Well, Mr. Kafka (if that in fact is your real name), a few years old, but possibly "new country" to some. Interestingly, he's originally from the Netherlands.

Red Dirt/Americana more than country, but deserving of more attention than he gets. Born in Shreesport (sic) and grew up in Monroe.

Levi Lowrey...new Gary Allan song is awesome...Kacey Musgraves....one of the chicks from Pistol Annie's is awesome....can't remember her name.....she has a song called "Give me Weed Instead of Roses"...Eric Church is on point...Country is changing...just like rock did and has...likewise...every other form of music will morph and change...people who ONLY want to hear Waylon and Cash are close minded....I have a huge collection of both of those guys, but there is other newer stuff that is ok to listen to...Jamey Johnson is another one...people who think that alll new country sounds like Luke Bryan...need to open their minds...

That's not surprising.

When I first heard that song I though he was saying "cocaine" instead of "cold keg".

The dude who sings that whisky in the water song sucks. Same thing with "tonight it's bottoms up". Lame arse song.

The Luke Bryan / Jason Aldean / FL GA Line crap is all that's on the radio and it's terrible.

Zach Brown Band and Eric Church are about the only decent "new" country artists. I'm hoping this bro country fad ends soon.
