Ya it's an album I still love to listen to, but not my greatest.
Failure- Fantastic Planet
Hum- Downward is Heavenward
Radiohead- OK Computer
Faith No More- Angel Dust
NIN- The Fragile
Those are probably my top 5 without giving it much thought and going off of what I love.

You can make a solid case for it, but I'd probably give the nod to "Nevermind" because it had a far bigger cultural impact.
It's certainly one of the top 5 albums of the 90s.

OK Computer is the best. But Loveless is on the short list for sure
