That is a really good album. Not sure I ever thought it would blow up though, because it is depressing as hell.

Not so much that album, but the band. I remember getting “Burst Apart” and not really getting into it. Haven’t followed them since.

Is Metric “huge” for an Indie band? I always thought they could be a mainstream successful band.

This really doesn’t fit the purpose of this thread, but back to Craig Finn, I really love this cover.

Saw Okkeervil River at Tips about a decade ago. Amazing songwriter. Live show was a fizzle. Lost Coastlines is such a great song.

Hospice is one of the best concept albums ever written. And they did do great stuff post.

Clap is another great add

They played between Weezer and Muse at Voodoo about 8 years. But true set was lost between Weezer lovers and the muse light shot. Help I’m alive still holds

thought they would blow up after they released The Man Who... a great britpop record..

That record is incredible. I can’t get much into their other stuff but I don’t get how it didn’t get more popular here.

I bought them all, and two shirts...

I also will pitch "When The Word Was Sound".

I love both albums from ONA. I think I might be the only person I know that’s ever heard of them.
