This is precisely the show I was thinking about.

Mark Knopfler, by himself, unplugged.
I really would love to see, how someone that good at so many pieces, would choose to do his songs in that type of presentation. John Fogerty would be great to see in the same situation. Maybe Jimmy Webb too.

Freddie Mercury by a long shot.

Also, Billy Joel in his prime sometime in the late 70's.

I have been to TONS of shows...........and Give me Van Halen on the 1984 tour anytime.

Hell any chance to see Eddie Van Halen live again would be fantastic.

Black Oak Arkansas at the Charlotte Motor Speedway 1974

The whole dirty hippy thing intrigues me and watching Jim Dandy drink shine on stage seals the deal. It would be great to see what kind of quaaluded out young maiden you could meet up with.

Django Reinhardt/Quintette du Hot Club du France

I’d love to see a couple of sets of Gypsy Jazz in it’s heyday.

Ramones at The Rainbow Theatre, London '77
In '76 The Ramones did a couple of shows in Manchester & London that were attended by a number of future notables in the UK punk/new wave scene. These may be the most influential club shows in history.

I love how the Groovies got top billing

Zeppelin Song Remains the Same Madison Square Garden 1973

Honorable mention would be Van Halen in Oakland 1981 Fair Warning and Rolling Stones at the Altamont Festival in 1969.

To see Elvis, Scotty and Bill Black before Tom Parker got his hooks into him would be right up there.
