So, if you had the choice of putting together a band of all your favorites or who YOU think is the best, who would be in it? It doesn't have to be specific to any genre at all. This thread has probably been thrown around a couple of times so forgive the repetitiveness if so.

Front Man - Corey Taylor

Lead Guitar - Mark Tremonti (Backup....backup vocals)

Bassist - Jason Newsted (Lead......backup Vocals? Lol kinda weird how that would work.)

Percussionist - Mike Portnoy (he could do backup vocals as well if you've listened to him on the "Systematic Chaos" album.

Grateful Dead in either 1972 or 1977 was the perfect band. I would just replicate either one of them.

Minus Donna Jean Godchaux, I don't care for her.

Pigpen was a unique part of Grateful Dead. But man o man Keith Godchaux could play too.

the original Who with Moon and Entwistle...

Daltrey - and I am talking 60s crazy Daltrey
Pete - great guitarist and lyricists..
Entwistle - I still consider the greatest Bass player of all time
Moon - top 2 or 3 drummer of all time...

If I could not pick from there...

DLR - greatest front man of all time
Bonham - cliche, but what a drummer
Chuck Berry - great guitar and can do some singing
Duane Allman - nothing needs to be said
Larry Graham - bring some of the funk on bass from Sly
