All the time. Have Sonos system in the house, so usually listening to something in the regular part of the house, or down in the basement when I'm on computer etc.

I listen to music, on average, 4 to 6 hours per day.
ETA: In the morning, in the car, while working in the background - pretty much anytime I'm not doing something that specifically excludes music.

If you include crap on the radio at work then about 5 or 6 hours a day when I am working.
Music I want to listen to is probably about an hour a day. I try and listen to one new album a day.

Out of an 8 hour work day, I have an airpod in for probably 5 hours of the day for music. and 3 hours for podcasts.
Then when I get home, if I'm not playing guitar, I'm probably not listening to music.

Spotify on in the office all day. Listen to a lot of podcasts in the car and while walking the dogs.

I listen to music about 8-9 hours per day during the week.
