This includes concerts, albums, and anything else.
My total in 2014 is 0$. Last year I bought Nothing Was the Same for 13$ but before that I had never attended a non-free concert or bought an album.

A lot more than I probably should but I don't regret it for a second

If you include travel costs, food, beverage and lodging for the shows we attend, my wife and I are close to $1,500 this year.
Pure ticket sales and music purchases for the two of us? Probably around $800, though the bulk of that consists of sponsoring a festival through our business.

I'm spending a boatload to go to lockn this year, so my total is probably pretty high. I actually have all the receipts for my ticket purchases over the last two and a half years saved in a folder, at least most of them - the 20 covers to see someone at a bar and shite like that aren't in there.

around a hundred or so, which is my SXM fee. If I want an album or something, I download the torrent. But I stream anytime I want stuff.

~$1000 this year Id say.
Probably more next year when I have more financial flexibility.

Whatever Drake's albums cost. Wish I could go to the Drake vs. Lil Wayne concert.
I got the Jeezy Seen It All album for a cool $0

4.99 a month for Spotify
A couple hundred maybe for live shows. I'd like to see more but it's harder now with a child.

Isn't spotify $10 a month?

I would guess thousands... but I don't go to nearly the amount of live shows that I once did... I prob avg ~$100/month on records alone and that is way down from what I used to...

well over a thousand for the wife and I, probably closer to $2k if you factor in merch, booze, parking in the mix.

I think I spent about 2G on Jazzfest alone this year.

Around $80 as a wag. I buy about 20 used CD's a year and they are usually $0.01 with $3.99 for shipping.
Haven't bought new music in ages. There is still plenty of classic/recent stuff to dig through. And I live in the sticks and am not going to drive 2 hours in to Atlanta for a concert.
