There's a cold joke about 2Pac and Biggie in here, but RIP.
Warren G had a great first album and pretty much dead ended there.
Mystikal's career flatlined when he went to prison.
DMX had a longer run than the guys you named, but really fell off a ciff, which is sad because I'm a big fan.
Anthony Hamilton fell off the map pretty fast, which is unfortunate because he's a great singer.
Nappy Roots were huge for one album. After...tumbleweeds.
I'm trying to avoid one song wonders. It pains me to say this, but Andre 3000's catalogue is pretty obscure since the Love Below.

Such a shame too. That album was awesome.

It's self inflicted, but Ma$e's stint as a pastor ended his career pretty abruptly. He was pretty big for a while too.

I'm assuming you mean once their career takes off. A lot of rappers have albums before they make it in mainstream.
Chamillionaire (although he is rich off of Apps or something of the sort)
Paul Wall
MIMS
Mike Jones
R&B
Shai
Silk
Montel Jordan
Rome
I could go on if I keep thinking.

Paul, look up Something for the People (R&B)
They had two good songs. You should remember 1 of them. "My Love is the Shhh"

Jah Rule’s legacy will live beyond the others listed.
