Great thread. Love me some peeyaner.

Pop punk went in and out of my life like a bad bowel movement during my teenage years, but this song always stuck with me: Something Corporate - "Hurricane"

And this song gets the girls' panties droppin': Counting Crows - "Colorblind"

Last Date -Floyd Cramer

Great song.

Last Date never made it to #1, because it was released around the same time as Elvis' Are You Lonesome Tonight. Guess who played the piano on that song...Yep. Floyd Cramer. He played piano on the #1 and #2 songs on the Billboard Top 100 at the same time.

Really sentimental for me. Really brings back some strong emotions from childhood..

Piled in amongst my Zeppelin, Stones, Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Rush, etc. CDs are the first five or six albums Tori Amos did.

Tori Amos-Desperado
Tori Amos-Angie
Tori Amos-After the Gold Rush
Al Stewart w/Tori Amos on piano-Year of the Cat(Back story on this one--this gig was in London and Stewart invited Tori to sit in. At the time she was somehow in England without a visa so they had to invent this persona as some Russian piano player who did not know English to keep her from getting tossed out of the country.)

That particular live show from tABB is one of their best imo.

Dickey Betts is absolutely on fire that day!

One of my favorites as well! The entire show is online and it’s great. I like the laugh shows and things like that which are common at modern concerts but it’s nice to see shows like that where it’s just the brothers and their instruments playing some jams.

amen, man.

I've watched that whole show dozens of times, never gets old.

I could listen to Dickey Betts play guitar all day long.

I’m pretty young so all of the music I have is online but DTTB wasn’t and I really wanted to hear it so I actually bought a CD copy the other day, and it’s one of my favorites of their studio albums. I was actually he first CD I’ve ever bought.
