Country radio country

I listen to XM all day at work. Usually alternating between The Boneyard, Hair Nation, and Liquid Metal. It gets a bit redundant so I decided to listen to The Highway all week to see what they're playing on country radio. I generally dislike most of it but there were a few songs I dug- "Greatest Love Story"- LANco, "Hurricane"- Luke Combs, "Are You Gonna Kiss Me All Night"- Thompson Square, "Skin & Bones"- Eli Young Band, "My Old Man"- Zac Brown Band, "Round Here Buzz"- Eric Church. I'll move on to some other channel but anyone else have any mainstream country songs that they like?

You can find good songs on country radio, but they are few and far between

That is their least aweful song.
I straight up loathe most pop country, but there's a few tracks I don't hate. I typically don't hate Brad Paisley since his songs are typically tongue in cheek. I like some Zach Brown Band songs like "Sweet Amy", "All Alright", and "Colder Weather" due to the harmonies. Some Eric Church stuff is ok,
but I typically don't like his radio singles. Chris Stapleton is a breath of fresh air as well.
All in all, pop country is just...awful, irreconcilably, insultingly awful.

The Garth channel is brutal. He's such a weird dude. When he tells a story leading into a song, it's always a cringeworthy moment.

Zac Brown Band is the only country artist I listen to because it's not really country. It's more jam band-flavored than it is country. I like Alison Krauss too, but she's more bluegrass than anything.
