Copperhead Road- He says Conley but the lyric sites say John Lee

I admit I have hearing issues from rock and roll, but he says his name is Conley.

Same as his daddy and his daddy before.

Am I wrong?

Continental Trailways Blues actually mentions not only Lake Charles, but Sulphur. Random fact of the day is that Steve Earle lives in Sulphur for a year or two as a kid.
