The only one I recall is Lord of War, but there is a list in the link.

To Live and Die in LA. by Wang Chung was perfect for the movie of the same name.

Great flick with a great soundtrack. Should be on any Best of the 80's list.

Almost every song in Kingpin was perfect.

Disco Inferno - Young Roy Munson strolling into his bowling kingdom
It's A Beautiful Morning - Munson destroying everything with his hook
Sounds of Silence - bedroom scene with skanky landlord
ELO's Showdown - Munson and Big Ern McCracken's bowling final.

Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon - Pulp Fiction
I'm Shipping Up To Boston - The Departed
The Blue Danube or Thus Spake Zarathustra - 2001: A Space Odyssey (both are perfect for their respective scenes)
Singin' In The Rain - A Clockwork Orange
Mad World - Donnie Darko
Tequila - Pee Wee's Big Adventure
I Got You Babe - Groundhog Day
Oh Yeah - Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Bronx Tale has a killer soundtrack, these 3 songs perfectly compliment the scenes

Nights in White Satin (beatdown of black kids on bikes)
All Along the Watchtower (Sonny saves C's life)
It is a Man's Man's World (NEVER roll a molotov cocktail, it ain't a grenade)

The Graduate soundtrack is one of my favorites. The S&G tunes are perfectly matched with the story.

Boogie Nights put a lot of bad 70s pop to good use.
