best rapper in the game ATM?

who do you guys think is the best rapper ATM in terms of quality music they are putting out? I can't really say because most rap seems to suck now

Wiz Khalifa seems to be doing a good job of staying big and still making good music, so I'll go with him. Lupe fiasco and kid cudi are prob my favorites up there with Wiz.

I hear black star is about to release their second album soon. If its anything close to the 1st, I would have to go with mos def and/or takin kweli...wither way, I think they are best currently.
