Are the Dee Gee's a parody or a tribute?

Asking because I legitimately can't decide, and I'm not very good and picking up on jokes like this.
I know Dee Gee is for Dave Grohl. And as usual, they put a lot of effort into producing this. But I honestly can't tell if they are having fun or making fun at the expense of the Bee Gees.
You should be dancing

More than a woman
It's weird to see a band I really like making music that I don't care for.
Back to traditional Foo Fighters: I really like Run. Run

Sounds legit. Barry Gibb and family put out some pretty good music. As a rock n roll lover I hated it at the time but much of it grew on me.
I enjoy it now

When I was sent the link I thought it would be a parody. But once I heard it, I was like the last poster--man, I tried to hate it at the time but it was decent stuff. Then I noticed my toe tapping...

Dave doesn't strike me as they type of guy that would belittle other artists.

I’m gonna call it tongue in cheek tribute.

I'm leaning towards a tribute.
And a well done one at that. I just don't care for that kind of music.

I bought the album on Saturday, RSD. I love it. At least the Dee Gees side. Listened to the FF side about an hour ago. I'll have to give it a few more listens but nothing stood out in the first spin. It was $23 and some people on Discogs were selling it for $250. There were 13k released for RSD. I was able to grab one because the girl in front of me had it in hand and put it back.

Good description. Which sucks because I feel like The Bee Gees are an artist’s artist. Super respected in the industry and for good reason. I’m not into disco music but The Bee Gees have a place in my music world.

I want to hate the Foos but I can’t. They seem cool as hell

I can't think of a reason to hate 'em.
Best show I've seen.
Very fan-centric.
