Love The Hold Steady. Glad to hear a new album is on the way. The singles they have been releasing here and there throughout the past year have been really good.

Found them on letterman years ago. Solid alternative rock band with a great catalog. Missed them at Chelsea’s in ‘08. Hoped the varsity would get them but they don’t come south much.

Discovered them when Boys and Girls in America came out, great album. I have seen them many times since

Saw them at Hogs for the Cause in 2014, and they were great. Also saw Craig Finn open for Titus Andronicus at Gasa Gasa.

I love this band. He’s written some great lyrics that don’t involve Charlemagne. My favorite, from “Both Crosses”
