If you're talking "all-time," you have to consider ground breaking sit coms for their time, not necessarily how you would personally like them today.
I think you have to add I Love Lucy, Brady Bunch, MASH, and The Cosby Show.

I put my list together as if they were available on Netflix and pick the ones I would watch through first.
The shows you listed are good and groundbreaking, but I probably wouldn't watch them again. Im 44 and grew up with Happy Days and Threes Company, etc. Just not that great to me as the shows on my list.
Wife and I are going through Friends, and its a funnier now than I remember. Im also going through the Office again by myself for about the 4th time. Still funny as hell.

I would watch M*A*S*H again if it was on Netflix. I remember the show but dont really remember the episodes very well.
I remember all those old shows, but I do like the newer ones more. Maybe because I was older whe I saw them. I may would appreciate the older ones seeing them now.
