It really isn't about the diamond for me. I am extremely sentimental. It's the thought! Besides...he won't tell Beth it came from mama's cold, dead hand!

I don’t get people speculating that John May be dead. We literally saw that he survived. The phone stopped the most lethal shot and he was hit in the extremities. The bot is also there to help him. His survival is the only non-cliffhanger of the ending.

I think a lot of this has been covered already, but my questions/head shaking.
Walker and Laramie. You knew it was going to happen, but to be so bold as to be right there in the bunkhouse, and rub it in Lloyd's face. Doesn't seem like something Lloyd would have stood for. At least pop Walker in the jaw for it.
Also, are Jimmy/Mia and Laramie/Walker really fricking in the shared space of the bunkhouse? I would think that would be frowned upon. The bunkhouse has gone to hell since Rip got his own house.
I know this was already mentioned, but no environmental impact study done for an airport? That's crazy. But how is the airport going to impact the river quality in the national park? All rivers in Yellowstone run out of the park.
The mail bomb. No way Beth survives that. It was strong enough to blow out the windows and into the street. Even if the assistant was standing between Beth and the bomb (which she wasn't), that blast was strong enough to do major damage.
Were the attacks the afternoon the meeting in Jamie's office? I am assuming that John was heading back to the ranch after the meeting. It takes about 3 hours to go from Helena (state capital) to the north entrance of the park. So whoever masterminded this thing pulled it together in less than 3 hours?

those barrel racers may be headed for the train station.
they're getting way too involved in the branding thing.
The one telling jimmy people brand animals so if they get lost people know who they belong to. She apparently knows nothing about his past. and the fact that the only reason he is there is as a favor to his grandpa. she only wants him if he rodeos? wonder how she'd like him if he was still methed up in that trailer?

even if it was the same day. willa didn't tell roarke to step it up until they were back to wherever they were staying. so, in the time it took john to drive home, they flew or drove back, had that conversation and orchestrated a coordinated attack on 3 people in 3 different areas?

I don't know if they are ALL whores.
But most are crazy.
but I'll give another thumbs up to Taylor Sheridan for adding Amberley Snyder to the show. I like the way he uses these cameos for the "celebrity" horses and equine industry participants.

I'll agree the season was mediocre, it might stay that way due to inflated popularity of the show currently. I totally disagree about Teeter, she has been a great addition, the 2 barrel racers have no business on the show.

Agree with Beth storyline, John is sitting up and apparently not squirting blood everywhere, he miraculously could live. I agree with those that brought up Jamie's dad being a possible driver of the killings, but it seemed to quickly and well organized for that to happen. Hope the show does less trash eps next season, and the commercials are taking up close to half the run time now.

It's about as believable as Beth filing the ranch documents in UT vs MT although I am fuzzy on the documentation discussions from a past season.

Costner was quoted in Entertainment Magazine as saying everyone is signed & back. He as producer and actor; Beth is back as she saying as much on social media, Kayce was over turning his desk & diving down as the bullets exploded around him. Can't see Jamie having the connections it would take to bring in a gang of professional killers. The Indians did not have the time, post meeting in the governor's office, to organize 2 killings; Roarke easily could have had the time to set loose such an organized group of killers, those killers on payroll already somewhere. FWIW, in Costner's article, a producer said "it would not be a stretch to see this going 6 seasons" Did not notice how Jimmie landed...back / neck.... after being bucked off, just saw him laying face down afterwards.
