Treading carefully here with spoilers, but the funny thing about this is with where the love story aspect of it goes, it's more woke if Beth IS white, given what happens.

Anyone else watch this with their significant other, watched it with my wife and some interesting conversations occurred during the movie.

I’m two episodes in so far. It’s not bad. It’s also not overly good either, but good enough that I’ll stick with it for now. The premise is interesting enough to keep me engaged.
The trans shite threw me off for a second. Because those are definitely dudes in those roles. But then later on I saw the testosterone scene and it made more sense.
What sucks is the only real episode recap I can find (for when I feel like I am missing something) is written by some woke bullshite author. So it’s a struggle to read at times.

stopped on the second episode. It was beyond bad and all SJW. The drama is woman in control, men being former trans woman but the testosterone has run out. They are all about saving sperm banks, but the basic hole in the plot is not all human men died, all males of all species died. That means all male animals, anything with a Y chromosome. The entire food system would collapse.

I’m watching E4 now. It’s getting kinda stupid. Why would Y chase those girls away? Surely he can’t think they aren’t gonna circle back and spy on them. And the fact that they go out in public with him in a gas mask is ridiculous too. One look at his features (eyes, hands, etc) and it’s clear that he’s a man. And then this idiot runs off and gets busted, of course.
The stripping in front of each other scene was odd.
And why is there nobody anywhere? Half the population died, not all of it. There should literally be billions of women left on the planet, and 100+ million in the US alone. But the houses are all empty and people are living in the woods like it’s a zombie apocalypse and everyone died?
And of course 355 kicks everyone’s asses. It’s a former dude in a world of women.
And now she’s coming at him because he’s a white male. Yay. I may not stick around much longer. The premise is interesting enough for me to give it a couple more episodes. But if it keeps being this heavy handed with woke shite, I’m gonna have to bow out.

So at the end of the episode four they’ve stumbled upon a Costco and we almost had the first scissor action. I can’t stress enough how much of a dislikable character they’ve made for Y.

To be fair it's not very far off from the tone of the comics. Yorick is an entitled moron who clashes constantly with 355 and the way she wants to handle things. Hero is an unlikeable train wreck as well. I watch the show disliking Yorick and Hero and go "huh, they really nailed their characters."

The trans characters are actual trans people in real life. Only reason I knew that is because the main trans character was on Shameless last year in the same role right after she became a dude. But when it started to make out with the girl I just don’t care anymore. The show is weird. It’s not bad but I’m not excited about it either.
