People saying that Sophie Turner is unattractive need to get their heads examined. She’s also not a terrible actress, she was quite good at the end of GOT.

Her attractiveness is very much from prospective. She’s attractive for a small town with limited options . In Hollywood, she isn’t attractive in comparison to the many highly attractive options to choose from.

I would disagree on he acting ability as well and thought she was very poor on the last half of GoT.

I have a red head fetish and even with that I think she is just alright. No tits and white girl arse. Just alright.

And her acting in GOT was fine but nothing earthshaking.

Her acting in the XMen movies has been laughably bad.

Saw it last night. I didn’t hate it. I hated Apocalypse. It’s like X3 where I won’t even watch it on TV.

I didn’t care for the aliens angle, at all.

JLaw is not good as Mystique. She never was. But, I guess we don’t have to worry about any of that ever again.

Magneto sure ages a lot between 1992 and 2000.

I saw it, went in with low expectations, and came out enjoying it more than Apocalypse. After all the Marvel films, I can appreciate a super hero film that isn't all about big epic spectacle. More than any of the previous films since First Class, this one reminded me the most of the first two X-Men films for good and bad I think.

It ended on such a weird note though. It's my understanding they re-shot the ending of the film after the Disney buyout, so I'm not sure why they still chose to leave so many loose ends. I'm also not one to focus too much on the timeline inconsistencies between the X-Men movies, but the way this ends doesn't match the ending of Days of Future Past at all.

This is not the movie that the 20 year franchise should've gone out on, but I enjoyed it for what it was. They never should've gone back to this storyline so soon after X-Men 3. Neither the public nor the critics wanted it, and it shows with the critic reviews and the box office numbers.

I will miss the X-Men franchise providing me with an alternative to the MCU where the titular heroes are the focus of the world despite all its flaws. While it will be interesting to see what Marvel does with the X-Men (possibly the only thing to save the post end-game MCU), I'm not excited about Disney buying up every property under the sun.

Yeah- it's like literally the only thing about her that is like Jean Grey is the hair. I'll bet we could list 20 actresses that fit her profile better and were also better actresses.
Just horribly miscast. Phoenix in the comic was a popular, deep character. No one cares about this chick. Hence the dismal failure.

A lot of the reviews are spot on, had some cool action scenes and effects but just OK all around. Lacks the heart, humor and fun of other X-Men movies. Almost felt like a DC movie: very somber without much personality.
