Just came across this thread so forgive if already posted.

Watched Black Mass for the first time in a long time, but watched the entire thing thinking Flemmi looked familiar as hell. Wasn't till I got to the credits.

Actor: Jonathan Pryce (Tarantino doesn't like him for some reason, I heard on a podcast).

He was also a Bond Villain's in one of Brosnan's last Bond films, and Kiera Knightley's dad in the Pirates of the Caribbean films.

Actually, NOT the same actor/actress, but the other night on TCM I caught the WWII classic Mrs. Miniver, and the whole time watching it, couldn't get over how much the husband in the movie looked like Jon Hamm as Don Draper:

The actor was a very young Walter Pidgeon, who I remember more as a wise old man with facial hair, as in the movies Forbidden Planet and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea:

That picture (and how the historian/archeologist was able discern the real Grail) brings up the changes in the Mass from the last 15 years that have really chapped my arse.

Until those changes, in the Liturgy of the Eucharist, the vessel which held the wine/blood of Christ at the Last Supper, was the "cup." It has been changed to a "chalice" in the new Rite.

I am sorry, but a traveling rabbi, who was raised by a carpenter, would not have (nor would he refer to) a chalice. This is nothing more than the RCC trying to make people forget the trillions of dollars in property and wealth it has by making even the Son of God himself part of the "haves".

Ridiculous.
