High Tension has the worst ending of all time. Mere words are not adequate to express the frustration I felt after that nonsensical, lazy POS ending.

In a kind of morbid way I found this ending refreshing from the normal Hollywood neat little package ending. Granted it was a downer but if you had not read the short story you never saw it coming.

No movie ending has ever pissed me off more than Gangs of New York.
2+ hours of build up to the big climactic fight. . .nothing. That movie was like jerking off, and then stopping right before you climax.

it was the cocaine. and its not like i dont like drug-induced paranoia, but c'mon. the helicopter scene is brutal to watch. i understand it is based on a true story, but it couldve been WAYYY better; moreover, since the rest of the movie is great, the below average end really takes a dump on it.
