I took the meaning of your thread that they're made up words or abbreviations...that could arguably be added to the Dictionary due to the adoption of public usage.

Wasn't Festivus made up for Seinfeld? People in my office would tell someone who was bitching about something stupid, "You'll have to wait til Festivus to air those grievances"

Totally made up story, but I do know people asked me if any of my neighbors cellebrated Festivus when I told them my neighbor looked like an LSU fan when he was going to his parents to celebrate Kwanzaa.
