My dyslexia made me read the subject line as "Woman's Golf Nards".

An opinion of mine I never see is that Duncan Regehr was one of the best Dracula's ever and could have played it in a big budget serious movie

Anyone know where you can stream the actual movie? I haven't watched this movie since I was like 12 or something.

it's not 100% correct about everything but it's the best I've found

Underrated cult classic of the 80's. Me and all my friends absolutely loved it.
Was Goonies and Ghostbusters rolled up into one.
Goonies is the movie it definitely reminds me of most, kids have a lot of the same personalities and dynamic.
The thing I liked best about Goonies and Monster Squad is they portrayed pre-teen and teen boys exactly as they are, they cuss, they rip on each other, they get into trouble, they break the rules, they squabble about petty shite, etc. Easy to relate to.
Nowadays most kids in movies are ridiculously PC.

This is actually a widely held opinion. There was a poll of film critics on the greatest on screen portrayals of Dracula, and MONSTER SQUAD was the top vote getter. There was serious menace to his performance, especially for a kids' movie.

I just couldn’t make myself watch this—even as a kid.
