I was thinking the other day how cheap it might be to go on a Carnival cruise right now.

Here is my first PART of why the show is CRAP. There are several other reasons I'll add later.

This is definitely TL;DR as there is so much shite to wade through I’m going to contract 3 different cases of literary dysentery just typing this. Where to begin? How about the “vaginas” as watching this show can lead to douchey reactions from fans like me who are apparently “too cool” to appreciate shite?

The vaginas: If there is one glaring fault in this show it begins and ends with the vagina. It seems the writers are some of the most misogynistic men on the face of the planet. Anytime a female character is on the screen she quickly gets a case of the vaginas and acts completely irrational and retarded.

The poster girl for this syndrome used to be Laurie. She is a horrible wife who wants to leave her husband, then leaves him for dead, cheats on him with his best friend, dumps best friend in favor of her serendipitously returning husband, hides the affair even after finding out she is pregnant, leads his best friend on some more, then convinces her husband to kill said best friend for kicks (aiding him with the idea his friend may be the baby’s father, oh and she happened to mention she was pregnant in passing along the way). After the murdering deed is done, she then becomes pissed at her husband for killing his best friend. Oh did I mention all this happens during the zombie apocalypse.

She is a horrible mother: throughout the series she continuously forgets to monitor her little boy as he wonders around letting zombies into the perimeter to kill off other dumbass characters and murdering zombie versions of his pals.

She is a horrible person: She is selfish to the point of taking the dick in the apocalypse with no concern of getting pregnant. She is stupid to the point she is more concerned about who is doing the freaking dishes than who is protecting them from FREAKING ZOMBIES. Oh, did I mention this was during the zombie apocalypse?

She is a horrible driver: This is redundant as the word SHE means horrible driver.

Therefore, she is a horrible character.

The case of vaginas doesn’t stop there, nay, it is simply the beginning: Andrea, who is written in such a way she has a vagina, starts off obsessed with her sister, becomes suicidal, bones a lunatic of the side of the road, and chooses not to die so she can save a dumbass character. Then she gets made at the dumbass character for not “letting” her die. From here it just goes further downhill. She becomes obsessed with protecting others and can’t shoot worth a shite leading her to almost killing Daryl, the only half-way decent character on the show. From here, she is taught the magical art of shooting perfectly accurate in slow motion while in god mode using infinite ammo in the woods with a lunatic. After leaving the farm she gets lost and finds a black girl leading her, eventually, onto the one-eyed monster of another lunatic. This lunatic then actually becomes a one-eyed monster as a result. Want another example?

The farm girl. At first she had a lot of potential, but just like the show, dangers abound and inevitably she contracted a case of the vaginas. Inexplicably she starts acting irrational around Glen even though he just saved her life. My point is this: If you have a vagina in this show. The character is an idiot. And a lot of characters have a vagina.

some human character development, kill a few walkers by shooting them in the head, have a moral dilemma for killing one of your former acquaintances who got zombified.

So, you don't like the show because it potrays women somewhat accurately?

Walking Dead hasn't completely lost its grip yet. Hopefully it doesn't go through a shitty True Blood phase where it tries way too hard to keep your attention with way too much fantastical crap built into a fantasy world that already requires a suspension of disbelief.

If so, we may see gnomes and werewolves next season
