Think about it, a whole family who are so proud of flaying people that they advertise it.

I do not think this is correct.

I don’t think Jon was weak and I don’t think he was cursed by indecision and strategic blindness. I think that’s just how the show runners felt they ought to paint him, towards the end of the show.

I’ll be curious to see what GRRM does with him in the books.

The Frey’s are weak, have no honor, and are largely unattractive. I don’t think that makes them the worst, but they are contemptible. Their craven, jealous weakness made them easy puppets for bad actors like Boltons and Lannisters.

I was reflecting recently on sigils. It takes some brass gonads to slap a flayed man on your banners. Pretty freaking evil.

I am going with Boltons as worst overall.
