I love me some Matt Saracen, probably my favorite, but he isn't movie/tv QB1. Led his team to the title then got benched due to arm strength. The benching was incredibly dumb but the overall talent is lower compared to some on the list.

I guess but we never saw any glimpse of that. Rooney seemed more like a Troy Aikmen than a Dan Marino to me
