"they'll never know it's me, Greg, if I say my name is Gary!"

pfffft. we all know it's Uncle Rico.

Loved the LBHs moniker. Going to start using it.

I can’t recall if they use Gary in dialogue, but we had to use Gary on all documents and emails when referring to the character.

On a side note — Uncle Rico is an awesome dude IRL. Saw him Monday night at the world premiere and he was as gracious and friendly as ever.

oooooh, I see. Was that to keep it quiet maybe? I didn't pay much attention, but I didn't notice his name when seeing casting news. Quite possible I missed it.

I was locked in when I saw Walton being in it so that's all that really mattered to me

It was a secret casting …. I forgot how quickly they reveal him. Belinda was the only announced returnee.

Walton is even cooler IRL and I was stoked when he joined the cast. He is in every episode, so was there the entire run. Dude loves his heaters, wine, outfits and music. And aperol spritzes by the pool.

I am excited for all of you to see the big reveal cast member later in the season. Amazing and decorated upper level film actor.

I campaigned to be a background bartender in a scene that includes that person and WG, but was relegated to a background diner offer at a street food cafe in Bangkok. I politely passed, but will likely regret that.

Same

And I love Jason Isaacs , even if his accent does keep slipping.

I know they are trying to do this southern Foghorn Leghorn type accent, but I keep hearing him go Ozzie instead

Parker with her glasses on in the beginning is the exact spitting image of an old boss, accent and all

I can’t wait to send it to people who know her.

I really can't take listening to Parker Posey's accent very long. Just because her character is supposed to be from NC doesn't mean she has to have an accent.

Am I the only one who thought Parker Posey killed it last night? Sure her accent was sort of dumb but she played the perfect rich, spoiled wife drowning in booze and drugs pretending to love every aspect of her life while simultaneously hating her very existence.

Great start and amazing scenery

I just can’t get past the horrible accent from Posey and the horse teeth on Walt’s girl. Those are gross

I think that Baton Rougeans may have deadened ears when it comes to strong Southern accents. If Parker Posey walked up to me at Calvin's at Bocage and asked in that accent "Do you work he-ah?" I'd assume she was one of the many Junior Leaguers shopping there.

But then I'm from Lafayette and half of you sound like hillbillies to me.

Posey has a legit Mississippi southern accent in real life.

Then she should’ve used that, instead of that shite she’s bringing to this role.

Agreed. I don’t even think North Carolina people, or at least the ones I’ve met, have a distinctly southern accent anyway.

The accent is totally unnecessary IMO and is a tad overkill

Just started the first episode.. these "southern" accents are horrible. Just really bad. If you want a southern accent, why not hire southern actors?
