I'm watching Forrest Gump and remembering how terrible Jenny was, I still have to go with Rose Dewitt. She had room on that piece of wood and she could have set her kids, grandkids and greatkids up for life with that diamond.

I don't know if Rose was truly in love with Jack, she was just rebelling against her Mother and her planned life and Billy Zane (who is a really cool dude.)
But as bad as Rose was, Jenny was basically empty as a person...I think she had Anhedonia.

Jenny was repeatedly raped as a very young child by her father and was dead inside. Rose was just spoiled. I tend to judge Rose more harshly.

How would you feel if you went on a cruise with your fiancée and her family, gave her literal royal jewelry, and she decided to go get drunk, take some nude pictures, and bang a hobo? That’s what Rose did. Oh, and then she’ll abandon you and her family for said hobo afterward even though he died.
She banged a hobo on a cruise ship. That’s as trashy as it gets.

Agreed, she had several kids, and even great grandkids by the time she croaked, all of which she pretty much dismisses for the hobo she humped once way back when.
"I've got this huge family that I've been part of for 8 decades, and I could leave them this diamond which would put the kids through college and give them financial stability. Nah, frick 'em. I'll toss it into the ocean."
Jenny was screwed up, but she wasn't malicious. Rose, on the other hand, is so vile that Darth Vader and the Wicked Witch would refuse to share a room in hell with her.

I feel bad for whoever her husband was. She dies, and he's waiting at the pearly gates for her, probably dressed in a suit holding a bouquet of flowers. Does she go to her husband, who provided for her and raised a family with her? No. She goes to the bum she had a one night stand with.
