Define quotable. Anchorman is decently quotable IRL but certainly not the most quotable. However, on the Internet, who hasn't posted "That escalated quickly" or "I don't believe you" gifs?

I haven’t seen The Wizard of Oz mentioned. Some variation of “We’re not in Kansas anymore” is a common phrase for ending up somewhere strange or unexpected. “We’re off to see the Wizard” is also used when starting an adventure.
