When will there be a comic movie about a super Villain who actually wins?

I'd love a very dark movie about a superhero villain who actually wrecks shite and wins.
A movie about pain and suffering, dark and evil, where good is pussified and unable to defeat evil.

The Joker won at the end of The Dark Knight. He killed one of the protagonists, broke down and indirectly killed another, and drove Gotham City to the brink of madness.

In X-Men: First Class, Magneto kind of won.

Ultron should've won in the last movie. He should've slammed that city back into the earth after it was evacuated destroying the city did causing death and panic on the ground.

Unbreakable? By the end, Mr. Glass accomplished what he set out to do. He found who he was looking for and caused a whole lot of pain and suffering in the process.

X-Men DOFP technically fits the bill.
Kick arse 2 was no where near as good as the first film...however it was sort of what you are describing.
Hero's GF leaves him for a guy with a bigger D
Hero's dad gets brutally merc'd in cold blood
His master mentor also gets beaten to death
a lot of innocent people die...very graphic and a bit over the top to be honest.
Watchmen/TDK are your best versions of a bad guy winning in a tasteful way that wont make you feel like crap afterwards.

If you think the antagonist in Batman and Robin is Joel Schumacher this too would also fit all your requirements
