Eh, most of these WERE actually superhero movies, and were ok at that (they may not have been good movies though). TDKR was not a superhero move, but desperately tried to be.

so many horrible ones have been made from the 1950's till now. If Swamp Thing could get a remake nowadays with a great script, they had some good stories.
way too many to list. I'll just say the franchise that has gotten it right in the past 10 years is Batman.
