Justified, The Americans and Breaking Bad come to mind.

Six Feet Under had a perfect ending. Not that the whole episode was flawless but the final scene was perfect for the show. It encapsulated the spirit of the whole show in the final 4 minutes.

Came here to say The Shield.

It was bittersweet for nearly everyone involved but I would say Vic got his own personal Hell despite “winning” all of his cons.

Breaking Bad, because the finale was the cherry on top. Vince knew that you didn't have to keep the breakneck pace up until the very end and that the journey to the finale was just as important.

The Office

I pretty much hate Andy bernard but his quote about the good ole days gets me every single time.

The Office did a great job. Breaking Bad is up there as well.

Breaking Bad is proof that everyone saying GOT fans are just hating because the ending isn’t happy is stupid. Breaking Bad is a show that set up their anti-hero with an incredible ending that felt earned/deserved.

Cheers is up there.

They flirted with disaster bringing Diane back in the mix, but to end it with 20 minutes of drinks and cigars at the bar was brilliant.

Really sad quote about not knowing you are in the golden times as the occur.

My one issue with the quote is that he was working for Cornell. Maybe he once again is unable to realize he is living his golden moment there.
