Hmm...off the top of my head:
- Top Gear: Clarkson driving the Reliant Robin, when they build the Hammerhead Eagle i-Thrust electric car, and their road trip through the southern US.
- The scene where Steve Carell re-creates he and his wife's first date in Crazy Stupid Love.
- The documentary "The Queen of Versailles" when the kid eats it on the merry-go-round.
- The fire-drill scene from The Office when Dwight intentionally starts a fire in the building.
- Carl Pilkington running scared through the streets of Mexico in An Idiot Abroad
- A ton of other scenes from The Office

The Movie, Hollywood Shuffle. The guys in the movie theater acting like Siskell and Ebert but using there own street slang to get their reviews across. Great Movie from circa 1986. The whole movie is hilarious.

too many to mention, but the first thing that popped in my mind was the very first scene in 'the naked gun 2 1/2', when drebin suddenly swings the door open & knocks out barbara bush, completely oblivious to what just happened
