First, the flying monkeys in Wizard of Oz
Then, The Exorcist. If I’m too cold st night, I will dream about that movie and it scares me enough to wake up and get under the covers.
The other one that was freaky but not scary was the television movie/series V.
When that hot alien lost her human skin and was a lizard it was an oh shite moment. Then she proceeded to deep throat a rat and I was both repulsed and Hiw You Doin’ all at the same time.

I recall being scared of a particular scene in a werewolf movie, where the werewolf jumped up on a desk.
Today I discovered that the movie was
Wiki says "Moon of the Wolf is an American made-for-television Gothic horror film first broadcast on September 26, 1972, on ABC Movie of the Week. ... The film was ... filmed on location in Burnside, Louisiana. All of the downtown footage was from Clinton, Louisiana."
You can watch the whole 1:15 of it on Youtube. The scene that scared me is in minute 58. It's absolutely nothing to it by today's standards, but it stuck in my memory as a little kid.
