I accidentally stumbled onto the set of Planet of the Apes when they were filming in Nola. The overgrown look of the buildings was eerie to say the least

Done this twice. Awesome scenery.
Also was riding four wheelers in the bonnet carre spillway and we came up on the church set for true detective. It was gone a few weeks later

The bridge and waterfall where King Arthur met Sir Lancelot in Excalibur. The wooden bridge, which was in an Irish park, was built specifically because of the waterfall.

Ghostbusters - firehouse, library exterior
The mule - downtown augusta
Rocky - before they moved the statue
Office space - office building
Alamo - dennis Quaid version
Texas chainsaw massacre - multiple spots including house and gas station
Spy kids 3d - island and downtown Austin
My cousin vinny -
The sac o suds, bbq restaurant where tomei ate lunch in movie, downtown
Fried green tomatoes - cafe
Have to think...because there are more.

Several places in Savannah where Midnight In The Garden of Good and Evil was filmed. Also had the privilege of having dinner with John Berendt when I was a grad student and still have my signed copy of the book.
