Welp. Could've done without this image right before going to sleep.

Sixth Sense got me. I still cringe at the scene where a young Mischa Barton grabs the kid's leg from under the bed.

The original Omen scared the hell out of me.

What happened to baby Jane freaked me out pretty good too.

Hated that movie. Won't watch it to this day. Didn't understand why people were laughing at these little creatures that were nothing but evil.

I watched it a very young age on tv. I was scared of the dark for years after that. I've seen so many horror movies that I'm not nearly as scared anymore. The conjuring brought a few jumps and made me think back to when I was young. Horror movies are great.

Saw the Exorcist wayyy to young and have not watched it again since. I don't even like watching movies about exorcisms.

Also Michael Myers was my boogeyman after watching Halloween a few years later

I would be in constant fear of imminent lion attacks for about a week after watching The Ghost and the Darkness.

I think I've told this story on here before but as a kid my parents let me watch Child's Play. Don't know why they did as I couldn't have been more than 6 or 7. The actual movie didn't scare me as much as what happened next. At that time I also had a My Buddy doll and I loved that thing. We were very much the epitome of the commercials, "My Buddy, My Buddy, wherever I go he goes". Anyways, My Buddy and Chucky look very much alike, even the director has stated that the My Buddy doll was an inspiration for The film. So after the movie ends my parents send us to get ready for bed. As I'm getting ready my dad asks me to go get something from the kitchen for him. As I pass through the living room, the TV has been turned back on and the movie is playing again which I thought was kind of weird. As I scan the room to figure out more, there I see it. The recliner is rocking back and forth and the My Buddy doll is sitting in the chair with the remote control in his lap. It scared the crap out of me. I took the doll and threw it in the back of the closet and I don't think I ever played with it again. Good ole Dad.

The creepy cloak monsters(the winged looking things that would open their arms and swallow people) on Beastmaster freaked me out as a child.
