Horizon Zero Dawn. Best storyline from a video game I can remember. With today’s CGI is could definitely be done. Surprised Hollywood hasn’t jumped all over it since it has a female protagonist that would somewhat be believable. The story for that game is so great.
Also a movie about the earthquake Bay Bridge World Series with Paul Giamante playing Al Michaels before he gets too old. Such a good example of a pro rising to the occasion to report on a major event off the cuff in real time.

Forgotten Realms... Could be an MCU-like shared world. Setting is already well known to the video and tabletop world. Go hard R Conan style and you have a hit.

They may be too old but Pesci would have been perfect as Little Nicky and Danny DeVito would be perfect for the little Riccobene fellow (spelling?) that they went to war with before Scarfo completely went nuts and started killing everyone.

More movie adaptations of books written by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. Hollywood made one, The Relic (1997), but the rest of the books are amazing and have a ton of source material to adapt.
